Donald Quill has been practicing Irish Paganism for over three decades. His fiction draws on the mythology, landscape, and spiritual tradition of ancient Ireland. His nonfiction is written for practitioners who want to engage seriously with the Irish tradition: its sacred texts, its theology, its actual history, rather than a generalized Pagan practice with Celtic aesthetics.
He is the author of the Scáthach Cycle, the Songs of the Crowmother trilogy, the Irish Wheel of the Year series, and several standalone works of mythopoeic fiction, supernatural horror, and science fiction.
